Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, voiding of all affected bets and bonus awards, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement authorities. game036's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final and binding in all cases.

General bonus conditions that apply across all game036 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and account closure.

• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts held by the same individual.

• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 18 years of age).

Where a game036 account is closed at the user's own request and the account is in good standing (no outstanding fraud investigations, no active bonus wagering requirements, and full KYC verification completed), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of the closure request. Where game036 is found liable to a user in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform under any applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of game036 to that user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their game036 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may hold under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
